Planned service break in Corporate Access: March 6th, 2021
Affected customers: Corporate Access customers
Customer impact: Maintenance work will cause disruptions in the service on Friday March 6th during 08:00-12:00 CET.

DNB:
Vi har oppdaget en feil i et av våre systemer som har ført til at noen betalingsfiler har blitt avvist ugyldig.
Dvs at betalingene har gått til betaling, men det er blitt laget en avvisningsretur som også har blitt sendt i retur til 24SevenOffice.
Dette gjelder kun RGB filer.
Avisningen inneholder følgende melding «Approval Data does not contain reference of P001».
Det er viktig at betalinger som har fått denne avvisningen ikke blir lagt inn på nytt, da betalingene faktisk har blitt behandlet hos oss.
Feilen ble rettet i bank kvelden 01.03.21.
Dersom kunden har utført betalingene dobbelt på grunn av avvisningen, ønsker vi at de tar kontakt med vårt kundesenter.
