Change and Customer impact:
In support to provide secure services and solutions to our customers, Nordea introduces SFTP Cryptography Standard to ensure only secure algorithms, key lengths and other cryptographic applicable attributes are used in SFTP protocol.
SFTP Cryptography Standard of Nordea is documented and published in SFTP section of File Transfer page on Nordea.com.
In order for customers to have working SFTP connections to send/receive files to/from Nordea via SFTP, customers need to follow the standard in own SFTP solutions too. The standard applies to both client (sending to Nordea) and sever (receiving from Nordea).
Nordea have made the set of changes following SFTP Cryptography Standard in TEST environment already. Customers can perform connectivity test in TEST environment if needed (which is the same kind of test performed during customer onboarding), to check whether the SFTP connectivity works, and find out how to adjust the settings in case of connection problems.
NOTE! We will make the same set of changes in PROD during Oct. Please test and solve connections issues in TEST before that. If you don’t work in the relevant area related to this change, it is important that you forward the message to the correct person/department within your company or your vendor as soon as possible.

DNB:
DNB har ved en feil produsert duplikater av inngående transaksjonsdata i C054C filer for betalinger kreditert den 19.04.24.
Noen transaksjoner fra DNB kontoer til andre DNB kontoer, gjort uten KID, ble levert dobbelt i én og samme fil. Dette medførte at en betaling bare har blitt kreditert mottaker en gang, men blitt rapportert dobbelt i C054C filen. Dette kommer frem i filene ved at de har nesten identisk innhold i alle felter, som f.eks AcctSvcrRef, TxId, Amount og RmtInf feltene. Vi har funnet duplikater både i filer levert rundt klokken 15:00, og filene som er levert rundt midnatt.
Vi ønsker å presisere at det er ikke snakk om dupliserte transaksjoner, men at det dreier seg om informasjon om innbetalinger som er kommet dobbelt. Det er derfor ikke nødvendig å tilbakebetale noe til avsender, da de også bare er debitert én gang.
Vi beklager på det sterkeste ulempene dette har medført. Oppfølgingsspørsmål kan tas med kundesenter i DNB på telefon 915 04 800.

Hei!
Vi ønsker å opplyse om at vi har hatt et tilfelle den 17.04.2024 hvor det har blitt levert dupliserte transaksjonsdata på innbetalingsfiler (C054C og/eller Cremul-filer).
På grunn av denne feilen, så har transaksjoner som opprinnelig ble levert på fil på ettermiddagen blitt levert på nytt rundt midnatt samme dag. Filene levert rundt midnatt inneholder i noen tilfeller nye transaksjonsdata som ikke har blitt levert dobbelt, så innholdet i de to filene er ikke nødvendigvis identiske. Transaksjonene som har blitt duplisert er betalinger uten KID mellom kontoer i DNB.
Vi ønsker å understreke at transaksjonene ikke faktisk har blitt kreditert til mottakers konto to ganger, det er kun selve innbetalingsinformasjonen som har blitt duplisert, ikke selve posteringene.
Det er derfor ikke nødvendig å returnere disse "dobbelt innbetalingene" siden ingen av innbetalingene faktisk har blitt kreditter konto to ganger.

DNB:
This e-mail is to inform you that there was a database connection issue in our system on the 11th of February 2024, that caused several preappoved payments that was sent on the 11th of February, to be sent to Connect (nettbank) for approval, in stead of getting processed.
The payments that were still waiting for approval, and had passed the requested execution date, has been cancelled by us and P002 rejection is sent out. The P002 should have the rejection reason "An authorized user has cancelled the order".
The payments that had not passed the due date, has been reloaded in our system today, and they are waiting execution or have been rejected due to valid reasons.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and the extra work this causes for you.
