Authentication issues in SFTP protocol

Affected customers: Some of the Corporate Access customers using SFTP protocol Customer impact: Some customers using SFTP protocol receive authentication errors. Problem seems to be on-and-off. IT is investigating the issue.

This e-mail is to inform you that there was a database connection issue in our system on the 11th of February 2024, that caused several preappoved payments that was sent on the 11th of February, to be sent to Connect (nettbank) for approval, in stead of getting processed.
The payments that were still waiting for approval, and had passed the requested execution date, has been cancelled by us and P002 rejection is sent out. The P002 should have the rejection reason "An authorized user has cancelled the order".
The payments that had not passed the due date, has been reloaded in our system today, and they are waiting execution or have been rejected due to valid reasons.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience, and the extra work this causes for you.
